We started with a Design Sprint, meeting with a 3-person team from the LCCF board, looking at other community foundation websites and completing a series of exercises to make sure the ReachTech design team understood the goals and aesthetic preferences of the board.

Based on the data from the design sprint, we could make some conscious design choices to target the correct audience – both with suitable information and design that fit their needs. Starting with wireframes and user experience, to creating a finished design, always keeping the priority audience and main purpose of the website in mind.

During the entire process, we made sure to showcase ideas and examples in order to make sure we were always on the same page, and to make sure that LCCF was included in all important decisions.
